Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and your rights regarding your personal data. This Policy applies to all users of VeyroLabs, regardless of location.

01

Introduction

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how VeyroLabs ("VeyroLabs," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects your personal information when you use our website at veyrolabs.com, our dashboard at dashboard.veyrolabs.com, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data transparently and responsibly.

02

When you create an account, subscribe to a plan, or contact us, we may collect: your name, email address, username or display name, password (stored in hashed form), payment and billing information (processed by our third-party payment provider — we do not store full credit card numbers), and any other information you voluntarily provide through support requests, feedback forms, or other communications.

Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Service, we automatically collect certain technical and usage information, including: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type and identifiers, referring URL and pages visited, session duration and interaction patterns, video generation activity (timestamps, generator type used, token consumption), and cookies and similar tracking technologies.

Information from Third Parties

We may receive limited information from third-party services you use to log in or authenticate (such as Google or social login providers), including your name, email address, and profile picture. We only request the minimum information necessary for account creation.

03

We use the information we collect for the following purposes: (a) to provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service; (b) to process transactions, manage subscriptions, allocate tokens, and send billing-related communications; (c) to create and manage your account, authenticate your identity, and provide customer support; (d) to send transactional emails such as account confirmations, password resets, subscription receipts, and service updates; (e) to monitor and analyze usage trends, performance metrics, and user behavior to improve user experience and platform stability; (f) to detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security incidents, and technical issues; (g) to enforce our Terms and Conditions and other applicable policies; (h) to comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, and protect the rights, property, or safety of VeyroLabs, our users, or the public; and (i) to send optional marketing communications (only with your consent, and you may opt out at any time).

04

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage and session tokens) to: maintain your authenticated session, remember your preferences and settings, analyze aggregate usage patterns through analytics services such as Vercel Analytics, and improve the performance and reliability of the Service. We do not use cookies for targeted advertising. Most browsers allow you to manage cookie preferences, but disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the Service. By using the Service, you consent to the use of cookies as described herein.

05

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances: (a) Service Providers — with trusted third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing, hosting, analytics, and email delivery, subject to confidentiality obligations; (b) Legal Compliance — when required to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request; (c) Protection of Rights — to enforce our Terms, detect fraud, or protect the rights, property, or safety of VeyroLabs, our users, or others; (d) Business Transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or bankruptcy, in which case your data may be transferred to the successor entity; and (e) With Your Consent — in any other case where you have given us explicit consent to share your information.

06

Data Storage and Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, destruction, or loss. These measures include encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL), secure hashed password storage, access controls and authentication for internal systems, and regular security reviews. While we strive to protect your data, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access.

07

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. After account deletion, we may retain certain information for a limited period as required by law, to resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention. Aggregated and anonymized data that cannot reasonably be used to identify you may be retained indefinitely for analytics and improvement purposes. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us, subject to our legal obligations.
