Overview

This Refund Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms under which VeyroLabs ("VeyroLabs," "we," "us," or "our"), issues refunds for subscription payments. By subscribing to a paid plan, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Policy. This Policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Free Tier

All new users receive 10 complimentary video generation tokens upon account creation at no cost and with no credit card required. Since the free tier involves no payment, it is not subject to refunds. Free tokens cannot be converted to cash, transferred, or exchanged.

Subscription Refund Eligibility

If you are unsatisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase, provided you have not consumed more than 20% of the tokens allocated for that billing cycle. For example, if your plan includes 150 tokens per month, you are eligible for a refund if you have used 30 or fewer tokens within the first 7 days. Refund requests submitted after the 7-day window or after exceeding the 20% token usage threshold will not be eligible for a refund. This 7-day refund window applies only to the first billing cycle of a new subscription or plan upgrade — recurring renewal charges are not eligible for refunds.

Recurring Subscription Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless cancelled before the renewal date. Renewal charges are non-refundable. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time through your account dashboard at dashboard.veyrolabs.com. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your paid features and any remaining tokens until the end of the current billing period. No partial or pro-rated refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing period after cancellation.

Plan Upgrades and Downgrades

If you upgrade your subscription plan mid-cycle, the price difference will be pro-rated and charged immediately, and you will receive the additional tokens associated with the higher-tier plan. Upgrade charges are non-refundable once the additional tokens have been allocated. If you downgrade your plan, the change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No refund or credit will be issued for the difference between the current and downgraded plan for the remaining period.

Annual Subscription Refunds

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase, provided you have not consumed more than 10% of the total annual token allocation. After the 14-day window or once the 10% usage threshold has been exceeded, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. If you cancel an annual subscription after the refund window, you will retain access to the Service until the end of the annual billing period, but no partial refund will be issued.

Service Outages and Platform Errors

If you experience a service outage or platform error that prevents you from generating videos, VeyroLabs may, at its sole discretion: (a) restore consumed tokens to your account for failed generations caused by platform errors; (b) extend your billing cycle by the duration of a significant, verified outage; or (c) issue a partial credit toward your next billing cycle. Refunds for outages are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are only considered for extended or repeated disruptions that materially impact your ability to use the Service.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team by emailing hello@veyrolabs.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the following information: (a) your account email address; (b) the date of the charge; (c) your subscription plan; (d) the reason for your refund request; and (e) any relevant screenshots or transaction IDs. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with VeyroLabs may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account. We are committed to resolving billing issues quickly and fairly through our support channels.

Exceptions and Special Circumstances

VeyroLabs reserves the right to make exceptions to this Policy on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion. Exceptions may be considered in circumstances such as: documented medical emergencies, accidental duplicate charges, or billing errors on our part. All exception requests should be directed to hello@veyrolabs.com with supporting documentation.

Terminated Accounts

If your account is terminated by VeyroLabs due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy, you are not entitled to a refund for any unused tokens or remaining subscription time. If you voluntarily delete your account, the standard cancellation and refund policies described above apply.

Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Changes to this Policy will not apply retroactively to purchases made before the effective date of the change. Your continued use of the Service after changes to this Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
