Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and VeyroLabs ("VeyroLabs," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, accessing, or using our platform at veyrolabs.com or dashboard.veyrolabs.com (collectively, the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service. We reserve the right to deny access to anyone who violates these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable age requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. VeyroLabs reserves the right to request proof of age or parental consent at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.
Account Registration and Security
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you. You agree to immediately notify VeyroLabs of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. VeyroLabs will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe have been compromised or are being used in violation of these Terms.
Service Description
VeyroLabs is an AI-powered video generation platform that enables users to create short-form faceless video content, including but not limited to fake texting conversations, Roblox-style rant videos, and couple quiz videos. The Service operates on a token-based system where 1 token equals 1 video generation. New users receive 10 complimentary tokens upon registration. Additional tokens are available through paid subscription plans. The generated content is intended for entertainment, social media, and creative purposes. VeyroLabs does not guarantee any specific results, including but not limited to views, engagement, followers, or revenue from content created using the Service.
Free Tier and Subscription Plans
Upon creating an account, you receive 10 free video generation tokens at no cost and with no credit card required. Once your free tokens are exhausted, continued use of the video generation features requires an active paid subscription. Subscription plans are offered at varying price points with different monthly token allocations. Plan details, pricing, and token amounts are displayed on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize VeyroLabs to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the billing cycle you select). All subscription fees are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Billing, Payments, and Renewals
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the billing cycle you select (monthly or annually). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to your paid features and remaining tokens until that period ends. VeyroLabs uses third-party payment processors to handle transactions. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current. If a payment fails, we may suspend your access to paid features until the payment issue is resolved.
Token Usage and Expiration
Tokens are allocated according to your subscription plan at the beginning of each billing cycle. Unused tokens from a billing cycle do not roll over to subsequent cycles and expire at the end of each billing period. Tokens are non-transferable between accounts and have no cash value. VeyroLabs reserves the right to modify token allocations, introduce new token tiers, or adjust the token economy with reasonable notice to users. Tokens consumed during a failed or incomplete video generation due to a platform error may be refunded to your account at VeyroLabs' discretion.
Intellectual Property and Content Ownership
All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to the platform, software, design, logos, trademarks, and documentation, are and shall remain the exclusive property of VeyroLabs. You retain ownership of the original input content you provide (such as scripts and text). You are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, download, share, and monetize the video output generated through the Service for any lawful purpose, including commercial use on social media platforms. VeyroLabs retains a non-exclusive license to use anonymized and aggregated usage data to improve the Service.
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) create content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, harassing, threatening, or that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination against any individual or group; (b) impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity in a manner intended to deceive or defraud; (c) create content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any third party; (d) distribute malware, viruses, or any other harmful code; (e) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its underlying infrastructure; (f) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or systems connected to the Service; (g) use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or similar means to access or interact with the Service without express written consent; (h) resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service or tokens; or (i) use the generated content for scam, phishing, or fraud schemes. VeyroLabs reserves the right to investigate violations, remove content, and suspend or permanently terminate accounts without refund for any breach of this policy.
Content Responsibility and Disclaimer
You are solely responsible for all content you create, publish, or distribute using the Service. VeyroLabs does not pre-screen, monitor, endorse, or take responsibility for user-generated content. You acknowledge that realistic-looking generated content (such as fake text conversations) may be mistaken for authentic material by viewers, and you agree to use such content responsibly and ethically. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VeyroLabs, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your content or your use of the Service.
Service Availability and Modifications
The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. VeyroLabs does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Service. We may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. VeyroLabs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes that affect their subscription. In the event that we permanently discontinue the Service, active subscribers will receive a pro-rata refund for any unused portion of their current billing period.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VeyroLabs, and their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to VeyroLabs in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service and all content, materials, and features made available through it are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. VeyroLabs expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. VeyroLabs does not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that the results obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable.
Third-Party Services
The Service may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, services, or resources that are not owned or controlled by VeyroLabs, including payment processors, hosting providers, and social media platforms. VeyroLabs has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. You acknowledge and agree that VeyroLabs shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such third-party services.
Termination
VeyroLabs may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, including but not limited to cases where we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any unused tokens at the time of termination are forfeited and have no cash value. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification obligations, and limitations of liability. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which VeyroLabs is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration or the applicable courts of competent jurisdiction. You agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
Changes to These Terms
VeyroLabs reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via email or through a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.
Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and VeyroLabs regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
